Worship with Germans at Messiah

Join the Detroit area Covenant Churches and our friends from Germany for an evening of worship at Messiah Church on Sunday August 3rd, 6:00pm. It will be a very special service where we will gather together as friends in Christ to celebrate what God is doing in bless our friends as they prepare to go back to Germany to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Last fall we dedicated one Sunday to serving in the community. We did not meet at Emagine. Instead, we met in our Community Groups and encouraged one another to further jump into our mission. This summer we will have three opportunities for additional Community Group Mission. We will NOT gather at Emagine. Instead, we will gather in our Community Groups, either that day or another day during the week, and use that time and energy to further our mission together. German Dinner

Members of the church plants we have been supporting in Stuttgart, Germany will be visiting with us at the end of July. A highlight of the visit will be a German meal prepared for us by our guests on Friday night, August 1. We'll hear about the latest achievements and challenges going on in their churches and have the opportunity to suppor their mission. All are invited to attend, and those interested can come early for a German cooking lesson as they prepare the food. Sign up today. On August 3 at 6:00pm, Messiah Church is inviting all the churches to a special all Detroit area Covenant church worship service. It seems fitting that we gather together there with our German friends to celebrate their visit and prepare them to go back to Stuttgart to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
